Restricted Keys

Restricted keys are a way of protecting your keys from being duplicated without your authority. Normally the lock manufacturer will have authorised key duplicators who will only duplicate a key after confirming the persons authority to do so. What normally happens is that the authorised person registers a lock in their own name and so when key is proffered for duplication the authorisation from the owner will be required before any key is duplicated.
